A reasonable question arises: is this garbage that can be cleaned, or does it contain something necessary for submitting forms 300.00 and 200.00? Let's figure it out honestly, without magic.
First and foremost: the prefix "Delete" in the object name is not your mistake and not a failure of the update. This is how the 1C developer marks metadata objects that are decommissioned and left in the configuration only for compatibility and correct transfer of previously accumulated data. You do not need to work with such a directory in everyday practice — the current reporting mechanism lives elsewhere. Below is what it was, where it is located, and where to look today.
1. Purpose
The directory "DeleteRegulatedReports" is an obsolete service directory that in earlier versions of the configuration stored a list (links) to forms of regulated reporting. It is now marked for deletion by the developer and is not used in standard operations. Its functions have completely transitioned to the regulated reporting subsystem ("1C-Reporting") and the directory/registers of current reporting forms.
2. Where to find
This directory is not displayed in the menu sections through standard interface tools — precisely because it is a service directory and marked for deletion. You can open it in two ways:
- Main menu → Functions for technical specialist (the "All functions" mode must be enabled in Service → Options → Show the "All functions" command) → section Directories → DeleteRegulatedReports.
- Through the navigation link: Main menu → File → Go to navigation link and paste the line:

The current regulated reporting, for which you likely came here, is located in a completely different place: section "Reports" → "Regulated reports" (or "1C-Reporting").
2a. How to find out your release
Menu "Help" → "About the program". In the opened window, you will see:
- platform version (for example, 8.3.24.xxxx);
- configuration release — "Accounting for Kazakhstan, version 3.0 (3.0.74.2)".
The prefix "Delete" and the composition of service objects change from release to release, so it is important to check the release: the instruction is written for 3.0.74.2.
3. How to fill
Honestly: there is no need and should not fill this directory manually. It does not participate in current calculations, and new elements will not "pull" anywhere in it. But since you opened it, let's go through the fields of the standard directory — so you understand what you see.

4. Analyzed example
Since there are no postings and printed forms for the directory, I will show an example of what this object once existed for and what replaced it — the current form 300.00 "VAT Declaration" with numbers from 2026. This is what is currently filled out in "Reports → Regulated reports," not through the old directory.
Situation: LLP on the general regime, VAT payer. For the quarter:
- sales of goods for 5,000,000 ₸ without VAT;
- VAT rate in 2026 — 16%;
- purchase of goods from a VAT-paying supplier for 2,000,000 ₸ without VAT (there is an incoming ESF).
Calculation:
- VAT accrued (to be paid): 5,000,000 × 16% = 800,000 ₸;
- VAT credit (from incoming ESF): 2,000,000 × 16% = 320,000 ₸;
- VAT to be paid to the budget: 800,000 − 320,000 = 480,000 ₸.
The postings are generated by the sales document (not the directory), for example, "Sale of goods and services":

Result in the declaration 300.00: line "VAT to be paid" = 480,000 ₸. The directory "DeleteRegulatedReports" is not involved in any way in this chain — the form is compiled by the reporting subsystem and the data from the accounting registers.
5. Types of operation
The directory does not have "types of operation" — it is not a document. It only stores records (elements). Types of operations are associated with documents that generate reporting and postings (sales, purchases, tax accruals). Therefore, the section for this object is not applicable — and this is normal for a service directory marked for deletion.
6. What is generated upon processing
Nothing. The directory is not processed, does not create postings in accounts (1210, 3130, 6010, etc.), does not generate ESF and SCT and does not make movements in calculation registers. Electronic documents (ESF through IS ESF, SCT) are generated from sales/purchase documents and from the ARM "Electronic documents," not from here.
If you need movement in accounting — work with the corresponding document. If you need to submit a form — work with "Regulated reports."
7. Printed forms
This directory does not have its own printed forms. Printing of regulated reports (forms 100.00, 200.00, 300.00, 910.00, etc.) is initiated from the filled report in the "1C-Reporting" subsystem by clicking the "Print" button and is also exported there in a format for submission to the tax authority.
8. Common mistakes
"Object data is being used... Deletion is impossible" — when trying to delete elements through Administration → Deletion of marked objects. Reason: an old document or setting transferred from the previous database references the element. Solution: in the link control window, click the link to the "place of use," open the document, and remove the reference or leave the object as it is — it is harmless.
"Marking for deletion of predefined data is prohibited" — you are trying to mark a predefined element. Solution: predefined elements are deleted only during the configuration update by the developer; do not touch them manually.
"Report form not found" / report not filling out — you were looking for the current declaration in this directory. Solution: close it and go to Reports → Regulated reports, there select the required form and period.
Mass deletion "hangs" or rolls back — you initiated the deletion of marked objects during working hours with active users. Solution: perform the cleanup in a monopolistic mode, having previously made a backup copy of the database.
