Non-residents are not filled in Appendix 200.02 during auto-fill

The reason is that the individual did not have the status "Not a tax resident of the RK" indicated. It is precisely because of the absence of this status that the program does not recognize the employee as a non-resident, and during the auto-fill of appendix 02 the amounts for them simply are not pulled in, even if the individual is selected manually in the form.

What needs to be done

Check the card of the individual (employee) for whom the data is not being reflected, and make sure that they have the flag "Not a tax resident of the RK" set. If this status is not set, the program treats the person as a resident and does not include them in the calculation for the non-resident part of form 200.02.

After the status has been correctly indicated in the individual's card, repeat the auto-fill of appendix 02 — the tax amounts for the period should be pulled in correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Why do the amounts still not appear when the individual is selected manually?

Because selecting the individual in the form by itself does not change their status in the system. Until the non-resident flag is set in the card, the program does not take their data into account for the calculation in this section.

Where exactly should this status be checked?

In the individual's card — where the employee's personal data and tax status are indicated.
