You cannot recall an already sent notification in 1C — the system does not provide such a possibility. The only correct way to fix an error is to send a correction based on the principle of partial correction.
How to do it
A correction document is generated, in which the erroneous data is corrected through two opposite values — with a "minus" sign and a "plus" sign:
- first, a line with a "minus" is indicated, which cancels the erroneously entered data;
- then a line with a "plus" is indicated, where the already correct, accurate data is entered.
In this way, the system sees that the old information has been cancelled, and correct information has been entered in its place — without recalling the notification itself.
