Verified on release 3.0.74.2 "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (edition 3.0).

A counterparty sent a reconciliation statement, but in your 1C the amount for it is different. Or the bank withdrew money overnight, and you don't understand where it "went" on account 1030. Or the manager asks: "How much did we pay suppliers in total for the quarter?" Opening the turnover balance for all accounts takes a long time. You need one account — and its entire life over the period: what you started with, how much came in, how much went out, what you ended with, and in what correspondence. This is exactly the "Standard Account Analysis".

1. Purpose

The report shows the turnovers of a single accounting account for a period broken down by corresponding accounts, as well as the opening and closing balances. Put simply — you see which accounts the selected account "made friends" with, for what amounts by debit and credit, and whether the balance reconciles. This is the first tool when an amount "doesn't add up" and you need to figure out where it came from.

2. Where to find it

Menu path: section "Reports" → block "Standard reports""Account analysis".

To open the report directly from 1C, copy the navigation link and paste it into "Tools" → "Follow navigation link" (or Ctrl+F11):

e1cib/list/Отчет.АнализСчетаТиповой

The report doesn't post anything and doesn't change anything in the database — it only reads data. Open it freely, you can't damage the accounting with it.

2a. How to find out your release

Menu "Help" → "About the program". In the window that opens you will see two lines: the platform version (for example, 8.3.24) and the configuration release — "Accounting for Kazakhstan, edition 3.0 (3.0.74.2)". If your release is older, some settings may be named differently, but the logic of the report is the same.

3. How to fill in (configure the report)

There's no need to fill in a "header" here — you set the selection parameters. Let's go through each field.

Field Why it's needed and what happens on error
Period (from … to …) — REQUIRED The boundaries for which the turnovers are calculated. If you take the wrong month — you'll see someone else's amounts and decide that "there's an error in the database." Always check the period first.
Account — REQUIRED The account you are analyzing (1210, 1030, 3310, etc.). An empty field — an empty report. Choose from the chart of accounts, don't type it in manually.
Organization If there are several firms in the database, specify the right one. Otherwise the turnovers of all of them will mix — and the balance will "go off."

Next — the "Show settings" button (or "Settings"). That's where the most valuable things are:

  • Grouping — by sub-accounts and by corresponding accounts. Leave it enabled: it's exactly what gives the breakdown of "with which account how much."
  • Filter — for example, only by a single counterparty or contract. You set the filter Counterparty = LLP "Astana-Snab" — and the report will show the turnovers of account 1210 only for it. This is exactly the quick way to reconcile with a specific partner.
  • Indicators — you can display not only the amount (accounting), but also the currency amount, quantity, tax accounting data (TA).
  • Additional fields — add "Subconto" (Counterparties, Contracts, Nomenclature) to see not bare accounts, but exactly for whom the money went through.
  • Expand by sub-accounts — enable it if you are analyzing a group of accounts (for example, the entire 1200 group).

You clicked "Generate" — the report is built. A double click on any amount opens its breakdown all the way down to the source document.

4. A worked example with figures and postings

You are an accountant at LLP "Aktiv". You are reconciling with the buyer LLP "Karavan" on account 1210 "Short-term accounts receivable from buyers" for August 2026. The counterparty claims that it owes you 464,000 ₸, but in your head there's a different figure. You generate the "Account analysis" for account 1210 with a filter by this buyer.

Initial operations for the month:

  1. August 1 — sold goods for 928,000 ₸ (including VAT 16% = 128,000 ₸; cost without VAT 800,000 ₸). The cost of the goods is 500,000 ₸.
  2. August 15 — the buyer paid 464,000 ₸ to the current account.
  3. The balance on August 1 for this buyer is 0.

The postings generated by the documents (which you see in the report breakdown):

Sale (August 1):

Dt Ct Amount, ₸ Description
1210 6010 800 000 Income from sales (excluding VAT)
1210 3130 128 000 VAT 16% payable
7010 1330 500 000 Cost of goods written off

Receipt of payment (August 15):

Dt Ct Amount, ₸ Description
1030 1210 464 000 Payment from the buyer to the current account

How this looks in "Analysis of account 1210":

Indicator Debit Credit
Opening balance 0
Corr. account 6010 800 000
Corr. account 3130 128 000
Corr. account 1030 464 000
Turnovers for the period 928 000 464 000
Closing balance 464 000

Conclusion: the buyer is right. The debit balance of 464,000 ₸ is its debt to you (shipped for 928,000, paid 464,000). Your "different figure" in your head did not account for VAT. The report laid everything out in a minute, and the reconciliation statement can be signed.

5. "Operation types" — report modes

The report has no operation types like a document does, but it provides several output modes:

  • By corresponding accounts (basic) — with whom the account corresponded.
  • With a breakdown by sub-accounts — useful for groups (the entire 1200, 3300).
  • With subconto — by counterparties, contracts, nomenclature, items.
  • Accounting and tax accounting — accounting and tax accounting amounts in parallel (important for reconciling permanent and temporary differences).
  • With a filter — by a single counterparty, contract, division.

6. What is generated when building

It's important to understand: this is a report, not a document. It doesn't make postings, doesn't create an ESF or SNT and doesn't write movements to registers. It only reads ready data from the accounting register.

  • Postings — taken from already posted documents (sale, receipt, bank, cash). In the report you see them as totals by correspondence.
  • ESF / SNT — are issued in other objects (in sales documents and in the IS ESF cabinet), not in this report.
  • Breakdown — a double click on an amount opens the "Account card" or directly the source primary document.

If an amount in the report seems wrong — the error is not in the report, but in the posted document. Go to the breakdown and fix the source.

7. Printable forms

The report has no separate "form" — what you generated on screen is printed:

  • The "Print" button — outputs the current report to the printer.
  • "Save as…" — export to Excel (.xlsx), .mxl, .pdf for a reconciliation statement or for an auditor.
  • Print settings — headers and footers, orientation, repeating the header on each page.

The generated report can be attached to a reconciliation statement as a breakdown of turnovers.

8. Common mistakes

"The value of the 'Account' field is not filled in" You clicked "Generate" without selecting an account. Specify an account from the chart of accounts and repeat.

The report is empty, even though there were operations. Most often the period is wrong or the wrong organization is specified. Check the dates and the "Organization" field. Another option — the documents are not posted (they lie as drafts): post them.

The closing balance doesn't reconcile with the turnover balance sheet. Usually there's a filter you forgot about (by counterparty or contract). Open "Settings" → "Filter" and remove the extra.

"There are no tax accounting turnovers". You enabled the "Tax accounting" indicator, but tax accounting is not maintained for the account (for example, an auxiliary account). Disable the tax accounting indicator.

Doesn't match the counterparty by the VAT amount. A classic: you are looking at the debt on 1210 "with VAT," but the partner counts without VAT (or vice versa). Break down the turnovers by corr. accounts 6010 and 3130 — you'll immediately see where the 16% VAT is.

9. FAQ

What's the difference between "Account analysis" and "Turnover balance sheet for an account"? The turnover balance sheet for an account shows turnovers broken down by subconto (by counterparties, nomenclature). "Account analysis" — broken down by corresponding accounts: with which accounts and for what amounts the selected account worked. For reconciling "where the money went," "Account analysis" is more convenient.

Can I view the analysis for a single counterparty? Yes. "Settings" → "Filter" → add the condition Counterparty = …. The report will show the turnovers of the account only for it.

Does the report make postings? No. It's a report: it only reads data from already posted documents and doesn't change anything in the database.

Why is the sale amount in the report larger than in the statement? Most likely, account 1210 contains income (6010) plus VAT (3130). VAT in Kazakhstan in 2026 is 16%. Break it down by corr. accounts, and the difference will turn out to be exactly the VAT amount.

How to get from the report to the source document? Double click on any amount — a breakdown will open, then click again down to the account card and the document itself.

The report shows data for all firms at once. Fill in the "Organization" field. If it's empty and there are several legal entities in the database, the turnovers are added together.

Can currency amounts be displayed? Yes. "Settings" → "Indicators" → enable "Currency amount." For accounts in foreign currency you'll see amounts both in tenge and in the currency.

How to save the report for a reconciliation statement? The "Save as…" button → choose Excel or PDF. Attach the ready file to the statement.

Why is the opening balance not zero, even though the year has just begun? That means there's an incoming balance from the previous period (an unclosed debt). Extend the period back and you'll find where it comes from.

Can accounting and tax accounting be compared in one report? Yes. Enable both accounting and tax accounting in the indicators — the amounts will be displayed side by side, and the difference between them is exactly the tax difference.

10. Related documents

"Account analysis" is a derived report; it has no "bases" and no "entry based on." But it is closely connected by data:

  • Sources of amounts: "Sale of goods and services," "Receipt of inventory and services," "Payment order (outgoing/incoming)," "Incoming/outgoing cash order," "Operation (accounting)."
  • Neighboring standard reports: "Turnover balance sheet," "Turnover balance sheet for an account," "Account card," "Subconto analysis," "Account turnovers."
  • Where to go next: from the breakdown — directly to the source primary document, to fix an error or issue/reissue an ESF.

How to find out your release

Menu "Help" → "About the program" — there the 1C:Enterprise platform version and the configuration release are indicated. This instruction is relevant for release 3.0.74.2 "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (edition 3.0).
