If the accompanying waybill for goods (SNT) was created and signed directly on the IS ESF website, rather than in the 1C program itself, the document will not appear in the database automatically — it must first be retrieved from the website.
How to fix it
In order for such an SNT to be displayed and updated in 1C, you need to:
- Log in to the IS ESF website where the waybill was created and signed.
- Perform retrieval (download) of this SNT from the website.
- Only after that will the document appear and be updated in 1C.
The point is that the 1C program does not automatically track all the changes that occur on the IS ESF portal side. If the SNT was generated and signed through the website's web interface, information about it must first be exported from there — only then will 1C be able to see it and synchronize the data.
If, after retrieving the SNT from the website, the document still does not display correctly in 1C, you should check the integration settings with IS ESF and make sure that data exchange between 1C and the portal is configured and working correctly.
