Verified on release 3.4.5.21 "Trade Management for Kazakhstan" (edition 3.4).

The manager comes to you at the end of the month and says: "The client chose a 5% discount under the agreement, give confirmation." And you don't remember whether they hit the agreed purchase volume. Or vice versa: the commercial director demands a list of those who did NOT fulfill the terms of the agreements, in order to remove preferential prices from them starting next month. Manually pulling up sales for each counterparty is half a day's work. Instead, you open the report "Fulfillment of Customer Agreement Terms" — and in a minute you see for each customer: what was promised in the agreement, what was actually fulfilled, and whether it was fulfilled at all.

1. Purpose

The report compares the regular terms from standard and individual customer agreements (purchase volume, mandatory assortment, delivery frequency) with actual sales for the period. It shows who fulfilled the terms and is entitled to a discount/bonus, and who is not. This is a control tool, not an accounting one — it does not generate postings or movements.

2. Where to find it

Interface path:

  • CRM and Marketing → section CRM and Marketing Reports (the "Reports" panel on the right side of the section) → Fulfillment of Customer Agreement Terms.
  • Duplicated in the Sales section → Sales Reports, if you have the corresponding visibility setting enabled.

To open directly in 1C: menu "Service and Settings" → "Functions for Technical Specialist" → "Go to Navigation Link" (or the navigation bar), insert:

e1cib/list/Отчет.ВыполнениеУсловийСоглашенийСКлиентами

The report is available only if the agreements functionality is enabled in the program: Master Data and Administration → NSI and Section Settings → CRM and Marketing → Customer Agreements. Without it, the menu item will not appear.

2a. How to find out your release

Click the "i" icon or open Main Menu (☰) → "Help" → "About the Program". In the window that opens, you will see:

  • Platform version (e.g., 1C:Enterprise 8.3.24.xxxx);
  • Configuration: Trade Management for Kazakhstan, edition 3.4 and the release number (yours is 3.4.5.21).

If your release differs, individual field names may shift, but the report logic is the same.

3. How to fill out (configure the report)

The report is configured in the header. After changing any field, click "Generate" (F5) — otherwise you will see old data.

Field What it's for and what happens on error
Period — required Sets the interval for which the actuals are calculated. If the agreement's condition is monthly, and you set a quarter — the actuals will be "inflated" and the report will show fictitious overachievement. Set a period that is a multiple of the condition's frequency.
Organization Limits sales to one legal entity. Empty — all organizations are taken; in a multi-company database this will distort the volume for a customer whose purchases are spread across different companies of yours.
Agreement Filter by a specific agreement. Useful when a customer has sent a complaint about one contract — you won't drown in the rest.
Partner / Counterparty Leave one customer for a targeted check. Partner is a management entity (chain), counterparty is a legal entity; for reconciliation with a statement, set the counterparty.
Manager Filter by responsible person. Gives a sales manager a breakdown for their own employee.
Only unfulfilled / fulfillment status A checkbox (in different releases — a quick filter or a grouping field) leaves only those who didn't reach the condition. It's with this list that managers go to customers to "push" the purchase to completion by the end of the month.
Condition type Limits the analysis to one type (volume, assortment, amount). If your agreements mix different conditions, without filtering the report will be long.

Additionally, via "Settings" → "Advanced View", the following are available:

  • groupings (Agreement → Customer → Condition or vice versa);
  • filter by fulfillment percentage (e.g., show only those with < 100%);
  • conditional formatting — highlight unfulfilled rows in red.

It's convenient to save the settings: "Save Settings" → "Save As…", so you don't have to collect them again every month.

4. Worked example

Initial data. The customer agreement with TOO "Astana-Retail" for September 2026 contains the condition: purchase goods for an amount of at least 5,000,000 ₸ excluding VAT per calendar month. Upon fulfillment — a retroactive 5% discount the following month.

Actual sales for September 2026 (excluding VAT), per the sales register:

Sale Amount excl. VAT VAT 16% Amount incl. VAT
No. 0000-125 dated 05.09 1,800,000 ₸ 288,000 ₸ 2,088,000 ₸
No. 0000-142 dated 17.09 1,500,000 ₸ 240,000 ₸ 1,740,000 ₸
No. 0000-160 dated 28.09 900,000 ₸ 144,000 ₸ 1,044,000 ₸
Total 4,200,000 ₸ 672,000 ₸ 4,872,000 ₸

What the report will show:

Customer Condition (plan) Actual (excl. VAT) % Status
TOO "Astana-Retail" 5,000,000 ₸ 4,200,000 ₸ 84% ❌ Not fulfilled

Conclusion. The customer fell short of the threshold by 800,000 ₸. The right to a 5% retroactive discount in October does not arise. The manager sees this before the end of the month and has time to offer an additional purchase.

About postings. This is a report, not a document — when generated, it does not create a single posting and does not make register movements. Postings are generated by the source documents (sales). For reference — the standard posting for one of these sales (No. 0000-125) in the Kazakhstan chart of accounts:

Dr Cr Amount Description
1210 6010 1,800,000 ₸ Income from sale of goods
1210 3130 288,000 ₸ VAT 16% payable
7010 1330 (cost) Write-off of goods cost

The report only aggregates income amounts (turnover on 6010 / data from the "Revenue and Cost of Sales" register) and compares them with the plan from the agreement.

5. Operation types (analysis options)

There is one report, but agreement conditions in TM come in several types, and it can evaluate each:

  • By purchase amount — minimum turnover excluding VAT for the period;
  • By volume (quantity) — e.g., "at least 100 units of item X";
  • By mandatory assortment — presence in shipments of a given set of products/categories;
  • By frequency — regularity of shipments (e.g., shipment every week);
  • By payment schedule/discipline — if such a condition is set up in the agreement.

The set of available rows depends on which conditions are actually filled in on the "Conditions" tab in the customer agreements themselves.

6. What is generated during report generation

Nothing in the accounting. Let us repeat directly: the report does not post documents, does not create e-invoices (ESF)/waybills (SNT), does not write to registers. E-invoices (via the ESF information system) and waybills are generated from sales documents and invoices, not from this report. The result of the report's work is only a spreadsheet document on screen, which can be:

  • printed (Ctrl+P);
  • saved to a file (the "Save" button / "More" → "Save As…" → xlsx, pdf, mxl);
  • sent by email directly from the form;
  • drilled down — double-clicking on an amount opens the list of source documents (sales) that make it up.

7. Printed forms

The report does not have a separate form with details, as a document does. The "printed form" is the generated spreadsheet document itself. Available:

  • Printing the generated table (Ctrl+P);
  • Saving to Excel (.xlsx), PDF, spreadsheet document (.mxl);
  • Sending as an email — via "More" → "Send".

8. Common errors

  • "Required attribute 'Period' is not filled in" / report is empty. You clicked "Generate" without a period, or the period does not overlap with sales dates. Set a correct interval and try again.
  • The report is empty even though there were sales. A common reason: the customer does not have an agreement with filled-in conditions — there's nothing to compare against. Check the agreement card, the "Conditions" tab. Also check the organization filter: if sales were made from a different legal entity, they won't be included.
  • Actuals are doubled / overachievement out of nowhere. The period is wider than the condition's frequency (the condition is monthly, but you took a quarter), or there is no organization filter and sales across all your companies are being summed.
  • "Agreement is not valid on the date." The condition is evaluated only if the agreement is in effect during the selected period. Check the agreement's validity period and status (not "Closed" / not "In progress" without approval).
  • Figures differ from the customer's statement by the VAT amount. The report calculates volume excluding VAT. The customer may have indicated the amount including VAT (with 16%) in their statement. Reconcile using the same base.
  • Insufficient rights. "Insufficient rights to perform the operation on data" — the user does not have a role to read agreements/sales. Contact your administrator.

9. FAQ

Q: Does the report generate postings or e-invoices? A: No. This is an analytical report. Postings and electronic documents (e-invoices in the ESF information system, waybills) are generated by sales documents, and the report only compares their totals with the agreement's conditions.

Q: At what VAT rate is volume calculated — with 16% or without? A: Fulfillment volume is calculated based on the amount excluding VAT. The VAT rate in Kazakhstan since 2026 is 16%, but it is not included in the condition's base unless otherwise specified in the agreement. When reconciling with a counterparty, bring the amounts to the same base.

Q: Why is the customer present, but not in the report? A: They don't have an agreement with filled-in regular conditions, or the agreement is not in effect during the selected period. The report has nothing to compare with the actuals.

Q: How do I see only those who did NOT fulfill the conditions? A: Enable the quick filter "Only unfulfilled" (or a filter by fulfillment percentage < 100%) and generate the report again.

Q: What is the "actual" made up of? A: Of posted sales of goods and services to the customer for the period. Double-click on the amount to call up the drill-down — you'll see the specific documents.

Q: Can I view fulfillment for a single agreement? A: Yes. In the header, select the desired agreement (or counterparty) and click "Generate" — the report will be filtered.

Q: Does the choice of organization affect the result? A: Yes. If the field is empty, sales from all your legal entities for the customer are summed. For correct reconciliation, specify a specific organization.

Q: The report shows 84% — what to do about the discount? A: 84% means the condition is not fulfilled, no right to a discount/bonus arises. The discount applies only when the actual reaches the 100% threshold set in the agreement.

Q: How do I save the settings so I don't have to collect them every month? A: "Save Settings" → "Save As…", give it a name. Next time select it from the list of report variants.

Q: Can I export the report to Excel to send to managers? A: Yes, generate the report and via "More" → "Save As…" select the .xlsx format, or send it by email directly from the form.

10. Related documents

  • Customer Agreement (standard / individual) — the source of planned conditions. The report is meaningless without it; conditions are set on the "Conditions" tab.
  • Sale of Goods and Services — the source of actuals. It is the amounts from this document that the report aggregates.
  • Invoice issued / e-invoice (ESF), waybill (SNT) — accompany the sale, but are not directly included in the report.
  • Loyalty program, discount/markup agreements — the report's results are used to decide on accruing retroactive discounts and bonuses for the next period.

How to find out your release: Main Menu (☰) → "Help" → "About the Program" — this shows the platform version and configuration release.

Frequently asked questions

Does the report generate postings or e-invoices?
No. This is an analytical report. Postings and electronic documents (e-invoices in the e-invoice IS, waybills) are generated by sales documents, and the report only compares their totals with the agreement terms.
With which VAT is the volume calculated — with 16% or without?
The fulfillment volume is calculated based on the amount excluding VAT. The VAT rate in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2026 is 16%, but it is not included in the terms base unless otherwise specified in the agreement. When reconciling with a counterparty, bring the amounts to a single base.
Why is the client there, but not shown in the report?
They don't have an agreement with completed regular terms, or the agreement is not active in the selected period. The report has nothing to compare with the actual data.
How can I see only those who have NOT fulfilled the terms?
Enable the quick filter "Only unfulfilled" (or filter by fulfillment percentage < 100%) and regenerate the report.
What is the "actual" figure made up of?
From posted sales of goods and services to the client for the period. Double-click on the amount to call up the breakdown — you will see the specific documents.
Can I view fulfillment for a single agreement?
Yes. In the header, select the desired agreement (or counterparty) and click "Generate" — the report will be filtered.
Does the choice of organization affect the result?
Yes. If the field is empty, sales of all your legal entities to the client are summed up. For accurate reconciliation, specify a particular organization.
The report shows 84% — what to do about the discount?
84% — the terms are not met, the right to a discount/bonus does not arise. The discount applies only when the actual figure reaches the 100% threshold set in the agreement.
