Verified on release 3.4.5.21 "Trade Management for Kazakhstan" (edition 3.4).

The bank transferred a loan of 12,000,000 ₸ to you, and a month later sent a repayment schedule — and you don't understand how much of the upcoming payment will go toward the principal and how much toward interest. Or, conversely, you placed free cash in a deposit and want to see when and how much interest the bank will accrue so you can recognize the income on time. Opening contracts one by one and calculating with a calculator takes too long. That's exactly what the "Payment Schedule for Loan and Deposit Accruals" report is for. It collects all your loans, credits and deposits into one table: payment dates, principal, interest (remuneration), fees, and the outstanding balance as of each date. Below is how to open it, configure it for yourself, and read it without mistakes.

1. Purpose

The report shows the planned schedule for loans (received and issued loans) and deposits: payment dates, principal repayment amounts, accrued interest, and outstanding balance. It is needed to plan cash flow, reconcile the bank's schedule with your own records, and control interest accrual.

This is a report, not a document. It does not post anything and does not create journal entries — it only reads data already entered via loan/deposit contracts and documents, and displays it in a convenient form.

2. Where to find it

Path in the interface:

Treasury → Loans and Deposits block → Reports → Payment Schedule for Loan and Deposit Accruals.

If you don't see the "Loans and Deposits" block in the "Treasury" section, the functional option is not enabled. Enable it: Master Data and Administration → Section Settings → Treasury → the "Loans and Deposits" flag. After that, the report will appear in the section's report list.

A quick way to open the report directly in 1C: Service/Main menu → "Go to navigation link" and paste:

e1cib/list/Отчет.ГрафикОплатНачисленийКредитовИДепозитов

2a. How to find your release

Help (the "i" icon in the top-right corner, or the main menu) → "About the program". The window that opens will show two lines: the platform version (e.g., "1C:Enterprise 8.3.24.xxxx") and the configuration release — "Trade Management for Kazakhstan, edition 3.4 (3.4.5.21)". Check this exact release number against the header of the instructions: settings and column composition may differ between releases.

3. How to fill in (configure) the report

The report has no "document fields" — it has generation settings. Fill them in → click "Generate". Let's go through each setting: what it's for and what happens if set incorrectly.

Setting What it's for What happens if wrong
Period (from … to …) — REQUIRED Sets the schedule horizon: for which interval to show payments and accruals Too narrow a period — the upcoming payment is not visible, the report is "empty." Too wide — a sheet stretching years ahead
Organization Filter by your legal entity If there are several organizations and the field is empty, loans from all organizations will be mixed in the report
Counterparty (bank / borrower / depositor) Leave only contracts with one bank Empty — shows all banks at once
Contract Narrow the report down to one specific loan or deposit Empty — all contracts of the selected type
Operation type (Loan received / Loan issued / Deposit) Separate "we owe" from "we are owed" Empty — principal on loans and deposits will be mixed in one table
Currency Filter by contract currency Empty — tenge and foreign currency contracts appear in one list, amounts visually "jump"
Grouping (Organization → Counterparty → Contract → Date) Determines the row structure and subtotals Removed grouping by contract — amounts from different loans merge, cannot be reconciled
Indicators (principal, interest, fee, balance) Which columns to display Disabled "interest" — you won't see the interest the report was opened for in the first place

Practical order: set the Period, specify Organization and Operation type if needed, a specific Contract if necessary, click "Generate". Fine-tuning of columns and groupings — via the "Settings" button (or "More → Change variant").

4. Worked example with numbers and journal entries

Source data. On 01/15/2026, your organization received a short-term loan from a bank: 12,000,000 ₸, term 12 months, rate 18% per annum, repayment by monthly annuity payments. The contract with the "Loan received" type is set up, the schedule is calculated.

Annuity payment: ≈ 1,100,244 ₸ per month. Let's break down the first month.

  • Monthly rate: 18% / 12 = 1.5%.
  • Interest for month 1: 12,000,000 × 1.5% = 180,000 ₸.
  • Principal repayment: 1,100,244 − 180,000 = 920,244 ₸.
  • Balance after payment: 12,000,000 − 920,244 = 11,079,756 ₸.

How this looks in the report (fragment):

Payment date Principal repayment, ₸ Interest, ₸ Total payment, ₸ Outstanding balance, ₸
02/15/2026 920,244 180,000 1,100,244 11,079,756
03/15/2026 934,048 166,196 1,100,244 10,145,708
04/15/2026 948,058 152,186 1,100,244 9,197,650

Journal entries that the report reflects (they are created not by the report, but by the loan documents in financial accounting; accounts — standard chart of accounts for Kazakhstan):

Operation Dr Cr Amount, ₸
Loan proceeds received to account 1030 3010 12,000,000
Monthly interest accrual 7310 3380 180,000
Principal repayment 3010 1030 920,244
Interest payment 3380 1030 180,000

Where: 1030 — cash in current accounts, 3010 — short-term bank loans, 3380 — short-term interest payable, 7310 — interest expenses.

For a deposit (for example, you placed 5,000,000 ₸ at 15% per annum), the logic is mirrored: placement Dr 1130 Cr 1030 — 5,000,000 ₸; monthly income accrual Dr 1270 Cr 6110 — 62,500 ₸ (5,000,000 × 15% / 12). In the report, these amounts fall into the "interest accrual" columns with an income sign.

Interest on loans and deposits is a financial service, and this turnover is VAT exempt, so the 16% VAT rate does not apply to interest. VAT of 16% is not involved in this report.

5. Operation types (what the report covers)

The report works with three types of objects in the loan/deposit block:

  • Loans and credits received — you are the debtor; shows the schedule for principal repayment and interest payment to the bank/lender.
  • Loans issued — you are the lender; shows the schedule for receiving principal and interest from the borrower.
  • Deposits — placed funds; shows the dates of interest accrual and receipt, and deposit return.

Use the "Operation type" filter to leave only the needed category, and use groupings to break it down by counterparties and contracts.

6. What is generated when the report runs

Since this is a report, it does not create journal entries or register movements, and it does not issue electronic documents (ESF, SNT) — these are not applicable here, since a loan transaction is not a taxable turnover.

The report reads data from the structures populated by the loan/deposit block documents:

  • an information register with the payment schedule for each contract (dates, principal, interest, fees);
  • settlement and mutual settlement registers for loans/deposits (actual receipts, repayments and accruals).

So if a line in the report "doesn't add up," fix the contract or source document, not the report. Regenerate the report using the "Generate" button — it will pull the up-to-date data.

7. Printed forms

There is no separate regulated printed form for the report — the printed form is the generated table itself. Available:

  • Print (Ctrl+P) — send the spreadsheet document to a printer;
  • Save as… — export to Excel (.xlsx), ODS, PDF, HTML, MXL;
  • Send by email — as an attachment from "More";
  • Save variant of the report — so you don't have to reconfigure columns again.

8. Common errors

"Required setting 'Period' is not filled in" (or the report generates empty). The period is not set or is too narrow. Set a correct "from … to …" interval covering the payment dates.

The report is empty even though the contract exists. Most often, the loan/deposit contract's payment schedule was not calculated, or the "Loan/Deposit" type was not specified. Open the contract → recalculate/fill in the schedule → regenerate the report.

Amounts from different loans merged into one total. Grouping by contract or counterparty has been removed. Go to "Settings" and restore the "Counterparty → Contract → Date" grouping.

The "Loans and Deposits" section is missing from the menu. The functional option is disabled. Master Data and Administration → Treasury → enable the "Loans and Deposits" flag.

Interest is in the report but not in the accounting records. The schedule is built, but the interest accrual document for the period has not been posted. Post the accrual — then the planned and actual amounts will match.

A foreign currency loan shows "strange" tenge amounts. Currencies are mixed in the report. Set a filter for a specific currency or add the "Currency" column to the grouping.

9. FAQ

Does the report post anything or create ESFs? No. This is a report: it only displays data. Journal entries are created by documents in the "Loans and Deposits" block, and no ESF is issued for interest — this is a VAT-exempt turnover.

How is this report different from the contract card? The card shows a single contract. The report consolidates all loans, credits and deposits into one table with totals by dates, counterparties, and organizations — convenient for planning payments.

How can I view only the upcoming month's payments? Set a narrow period (e.g., from 02/01/2026 to 02/28/2026) and the "Loan received" operation type. The table will show only that month's payments.

Why does the ratio of principal to interest change in the schedule? With an annuity, the payment is constant, but as the debt is repaid, the base for interest calculation decreases: interest falls, while the share of principal grows. This is visible in the "Principal repayment" and "Interest" columns.

Is interest subject to 16% VAT? No. Interest on loans and deposits is a financial service exempt from VAT. The 16% VAT rate is not included in the schedule calculation.

The report generates empty — what should I check first? Three things: the period (does it cover the payment dates), whether the schedule has been calculated in the contract itself, and whether the filter by organization/counterparty/operation type is too narrow.

Can I export the schedule to Excel and send it to the bank? Yes. Generate the report → "Save as…" → .xlsx format (or PDF). Sending by email is also available from there.

How do I reconcile the planned schedule amounts with actual payments? Display the "planned" and "actual" indicators in the settings (or compare with the actual repayments report). A discrepancy usually means an unposted repayment or accrual document.

Which accounting accounts are used for loans in Kazakhstan? Loans received — 3010 (short-term) / 4010 (long-term), interest payable — 3380, interest expenses — 7310. Deposits — 1130, interest income — 6110, receivable — 1270.

The report shows the old schedule after the terms were changed — why? After editing the contract, you need to recalculate the schedule in the contract and click "Generate" again. The report always reflects what is recorded in the source at the time of generation.

10. Related documents

The report is based on:

  • the Loan / Credit / Deposit contract (contract type — "Loan and deposit") — this is where the amount, rate, and term are set and the schedule is calculated;
  • Non-cash funds receipt/write-off — receiving the loan, placing the deposit, principal repayment and interest payment;
  • Interest accrual documents — planned and actual interest.

Documents are not entered based on the report itself — it is analytical. But its data is used for planning the payment calendar and cash disbursement requests in the "Treasury" section.

How to find your release: Help → "About the program" — it shows the platform version and configuration release. The report's settings and column composition may differ between releases, so check the number.

Frequently asked questions

Does the report post anything or create an ESF?
No. This is a report: it only displays data. Postings are generated by documents in the "Loans and Deposits" block, and no ESF is issued for the remuneration — this is a turnover exempt from VAT.
How is this report different from the contract card?
The card shows a single contract. The report consolidates all loans, borrowings, and deposits into a single table with totals by dates, counterparties, and organizations — convenient for planning payments.
How can I view only the upcoming month's payments?
Set a narrow period (for example, from 01.02.2026 to 28.02.2026) and the operation type "Loan received". Only this month's payments will remain in the table.
Why does the ratio of principal and interest change in the schedule?
With an annuity, the payment is constant, but as the debt is repaid, the base for interest decreases: the remuneration falls while the principal share grows. This can be seen in the "Principal repayment" and "Remuneration" columns.
Is remuneration subject to VAT at the 16% rate?
No. Remuneration on loans and deposits is a financial service exempt from VAT. The 16% VAT rate is not included in the schedule calculation.
The report is generated empty — what should be checked first?
Three things: the period (does it cover the payment dates), whether the schedule has been calculated in the contract itself, and whether the filter by organization/counterparty/operation type has been narrowed.
Can the schedule be exported to Excel and sent to the bank?
Yes. Generate the report → "Save as…" → format .xlsx (or PDF). Sending by email is also available from there.
How do I reconcile the planned schedule amounts with actual payments?
Display the "plan" and "fact" indicators in the settings (or compare with the report on actual repayments). A discrepancy usually means an unposted repayment or accrual document.
