Why the guide has not been written
It is not possible to prepare reliable instructions for an accountant based on the Documents.ОбъемНенужныхФайлов identifier. The name does not describe a business transaction and, by itself, does not make it possible to determine the object's purpose, attributes, commands, register movements, or location in the interface. Therefore, when dealing with this identifier, it is impossible to explain with confidence who creates the document, which source documents are used to complete it, and what result the user should obtain.
In the current release 3.0.74.2 of “Accounting for Kazakhstan,” an object with this identifier cannot be described as a standard accounting document merely because of the word Documents. Full instructions require the object's actual structure: its name and synonym in the Configurator, the list of attributes and tabular sections, forms, commands, posting handlers, register movements, and available print forms.
The identifier provided contains the technical name “ОбъемНенужныхФайлов.” It resembles the designation of a service indicator associated with data storage or maintenance more than the name of a source document. However, the name alone is insufficient even for such a conclusion: a service function may be implemented as a data processor, information register, common module, report, job, or attribute of another object.
- The business transaction and its date cannot be determined from the name.
- It is impossible to identify the organization, counterparty, contract, warehouse, department, or responsible user.
- It is unknown whether the object has tabular sections and what data is entered in them.
- There are no grounds for describing posting, register movements, or recognition in accounting.
- It is impossible to list print forms, electronic documents, and data exchange commands.
If nonexistent attributes or commands were presented as real, the accountant would receive instructions that could not be reproduced in the infobase. Fabricated actions in sections on posting and error correction are particularly critical: the user could waste time searching for a nonexistent command or incorrectly assess the state of the accounting records.
Why I will not “confidently complete it based on my knowledge of 1C”
The standard logic of other documents does not make it possible to reconstruct an object's structure from its name. Even objects with similar purposes within the same configuration may differ in their attributes, access rights, form commands, and recording algorithms. In addition, extensions and customizations of a particular infobase may add their own objects that are absent from the standard distribution.
Therefore, the procedures for sales, receipts, banking transactions, or payroll calculations cannot automatically be applied to Documents.ОбъемНенужныхФайлов. Such documents have a specific business purpose, source data, and expected accounting result. In this case, none of these characteristics follows from the identifier.
It is also impossible to prepare a hypothetical numerical example. The calculation would require, at a minimum, the transaction details, amount, date, organization, tax regime, and completion rules. Adding a VAT rate of 16%, an MCI of 4 325 ₸, an MMW of 85 000 ₸, or a basic PIT deduction of 30 MCI without any connection to the object's actual function would create the false impression that it is involved in the corresponding calculations.
The current release is important for reproducing the interface and commands. For “Accounting for Kazakhstan,” release 3.0.74.2 from the 3.0.74.x series should be used as the reference. The user can view the full number of the installed release in the program information window. If the infobase has been updated or contains extensions, section names, available commands, and the form's appearance may differ.
What probably happened
The identifier may have appeared in the list of objects as a result of technical data processing, metadata export, or the operation of an extension. It may also refer to an internal infobase maintenance function that is not intended for direct use by an accountant. These possibilities explain the name but provide no grounds for assigning a specific purpose to the object.
To identify it, it is sufficient to open the Configurator or the technical implementation information window and record the object's properties. Useful details include its full name, synonym, subsystem membership, attributes, tabular sections, forms, commands, and register movements. If the object was added by an extension, the extension's name and version must be specified separately. This will make it possible to determine whether the identifier represents a document, a service entity, or an erroneous entry.
An accountant who encounters this name in a program message, event log, or administrator's report should not search for it among standard transactions. The context should be recorded first: the message text, date and time of the event, user name, action being performed, and program section. This information enables the administrator to associate the technical identifier with a specific infobase function.
What I need to write a complete guide
Preparing practical instructions requires an identified configuration object and information about its actual structure. The minimum set includes the full name, synonym, purpose, interface path, form contents, and the result of executing the command. If the object is posted, register movements are also required. If printing or data exchange is supported, a list of available forms and electronic documents is required.
- Open the program information and record the full configuration release, for example, 3.0.74.2.
- Check whether a configuration extension is being used and record its name.
- Find the object by its full technical name and determine its type.
- Record its synonym, subsystems, attributes, tabular sections, forms, and commands.
- If it is a document, check whether posting is supported and identify the registers in which movements are recorded.
- Take a screenshot of the form or prepare an exact description of the fields in the order in which they appear.
Based on this information, instructions can be written covering the purpose, opening path, field descriptions, completion sequence, result of recording or executing the command, typical errors, and methods for correcting them. If it turns out to be a service object, a short administrative memo would be more appropriate than an accounting guide: where it is used, who has access to it, and what actions are supported.
If instructions for a different document were originally required, it is sufficient to specify its exact name or provide the name from the form header. Suitable reference points include sales, receipt, banking transaction, cash transaction, or payroll calculation documents. The final content of the instructions must correspond to the object that is actually open in the infobase.
Questions and answers
Can the object be found using the program's search function?
The user search function generally searches interface commands and data available under the user's permissions. The technical name may not appear there. It is more reliable to use information about the configuration structure or contact the infobase administrator, providing the full identifier and the context in which it appeared.
How can I find the configuration release?
The full version number is displayed in the program information. For the current “Accounting for Kazakhstan,” release 3.0.74.2 from the 3.0.74.x series serves as the reference. The instructions should record the entire number shown in the specific infobase because form behavior and the set of commands may change between releases.
What should I do if the object was added by an extension?
Record the extension's name and version, as well as the organization or specialist responsible for maintaining it. In this case, a description of the standard configuration does not reveal the structure of the customized object. The instructions must be prepared based on the actual form and algorithms of the installed extension.
Can instructions be prepared from a single screenshot?
A screenshot of the form helps identify visible fields and commands but does not show the posting algorithm, hidden attributes, access rights, or register movements. It may be sufficient for a user-oriented description of the form, but an accounting guide requires additional information about the object's behavior.
Why can't a hypothetical example be provided?
A hypothetical example is useful when the object's purpose and the rules for processing the entered data are known. This information is absent here. Any amounts, taxes, details, or results would have to be associated with the object without a factual basis, so such an example would not help an accountant reproduce the transaction.
