Checked on release 3.0.74.2 "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (version 3.0).

The counterparty sent a reconciliation act. They have a turnover of 5,800,000 ₸ for you, while your turnover on account 1210 shows a completely different figure. The usual turnover report is powerless here: it will show the total for the counterparty, but will not break it down by contracts and corresponding accounts. You need to see exactly what this counterparty corresponded for the period — which contracts had shipments, which had payments, and through which accounts. This is exactly why "Turnovers between subaccounts" is opened.

The report shows turnovers in the context of two types of analytics (subaccounts) simultaneously — for example, "Counterparties × Contracts", "Inventory × Warehouses", "Counterparties × Inventory". You can see which value of one subaccount "met" with which value of the other in the transactions and for what amount.

1. Purpose

The report outputs turnovers by accounts at the intersection of two selected types of subaccounts for the period. It helps to find discrepancies by counterparty in the context of contracts, see which goods were shipped to whom, and reconcile mutual settlements for a specific pair of analytics — where the usual turnover balance sheet lacks detail.

2. Where to find

Path in the menu:

Section "Reports" → group "Standard Reports" → "Turnovers between subaccounts".

If you do not see it immediately in the list of standard reports, click "Navigation Settings" in the header of the section and enable the report, or use the search bar in the "Reports" menu.

A quick way to open directly in 1C: menu "Service" (or the "star/magnifying glass" icon) → "Go to navigation link" and paste:

e1cib/list/Report.TurnoversBetweenSubaccountsStandard

This way you will get to the report, bypassing the menu.

2a. How to know your release

"Help" → "About the program" (in the "Taxi" interface — the "?" icon in the upper right corner → "About the program"). In the opened window you will see:

  • platform version (for example, 8.3.24.xxxx);
  • configuration release — the line "Accounting for Kazakhstan, version 3.0 (3.0.74.2)".

If your release is higher than 3.0.74.2, the composition of settings and field names may differ slightly, but the logic of the report remains the same.

3. How to fill (configure)

The report does not conduct and does not record anything in the database — you set the parameters and click "Generate". Let's break down each field.

Mandatory parameters

Period (mandatory). Two dates — "from" and "to". If the period is set wider than necessary, unnecessary operations will be included in the report, and the amounts will "float". If it is narrower — you will lose part of the turnovers. For reconciliation with the counterparty's act, set exactly the period for which they sent the act.

Subaccount type 1 (mandatory). The first analytical cut — the rows of the report. Selected from the list of subaccount types in the chart of accounts: "Counterparties", "Contracts", "Inventory", "Warehouses", "Cost items", etc. If you make a mistake with the type, the report will either be empty or show the wrong analytics.

Subaccount type 2 (mandatory). The second cut — what corresponds to the first subaccount (essentially, columns/subordinate grouping). The intersection of "Subaccount 1 × Subaccount 2" is the essence of the report. Classic pairs: "Counterparties × Contracts", "Counterparties × Inventory", "Inventory × Warehouses".

Important optional parameters (settings button / "Show settings")

Organization. If there is one organization in the database — the field will be filled automatically. If there are several — if you do not select an organization, you will get turnovers "in general for the database", that is, with foreign operations. For reconciliation, always fix your organization.

Subaccount values (filter). You can specify a specific value — for example, a specific counterparty LLP "Astra". Then the report will show only its turnovers for all contracts. If you do not fill it in — you will get all counterparties; this is heavy and slow on a large database.

Account (filter by accounts). Limit the selection to the necessary accounts (for example, only 1210 and 3310). Without filtering, the report will collect all accounts where both subaccounts meet, and the figures will mix.

Indicators. Checkboxes allow you to include what to display:

  • BU — accounting amounts (needed almost always);
  • NU — tax accounting amounts (for reconciliation with declarations);
  • Quantity — if you are reconciling goods in pieces/kg;
  • Currency amount — if operations are in currency.

Include too much — the report will become wide and unreadable. For reconciling mutual settlements, "BU" is usually sufficient.

Grouping (rows). Within "Subaccount 1" you can add detail — for example, to add a contract and document of calculations to the counterparty.

Filtering. Additional conditions: by subaccount value, by account, by amount.

Formatting. You can include/exclude totals, change formatting, and move indicators to columns.

After configuring, click "Generate". The "Save settings" button (report options) allows you to save the parameter combination so you do not have to assemble it again every month.

4. Detailed example with numbers and entries

Situation. LLP "Baiterek" (VAT payer, rate 16%) reconciles with the buyer LLP "Astra" for August 2026. Astra shows a debt of 3,480,000 ₸ in the act, while you have 1,160,000 ₸ in the turnover for 1210. You need to understand what caused the discrepancy. Astra has two contracts: No. 1 (goods supply) and No. 2 (services).

Report settings:

  • Period: 01.08.2026 – 31.08.2026;
  • Organization: LLP "Baiterek";
  • Subaccount type 1: Counterparties, value — LLP "Astra";
  • Subaccount type 2: Contracts;
  • Accounts: 1210;
  • Indicator: BU.

What was in the accounting for August (sales with VAT 16%):

Date Operation Entry Amount, ₸
05.08 Goods sale, Contract No. 1 (income) Dr 1210 – Cr 6010 2,000,000
05.08 VAT 16% accrued Dr 1210 – Cr 3130 320,000
05.08 Cost of goods sold Dr 7010 – Cr 1330 1,200,000
18.08 Services rendered, Contract No. 2 (income) Dr 1210 – Cr 6010 1,000,000
18.08 VAT 16% accrued Dr 1210 – Cr 3130 160,000
25.08 Payment received from Astra, Contract No. 1 Dr 1030 – Cr 1210 2,320,000

Report "Turnovers between subaccounts" (Counterparties × Contracts, account 1210):

Counterparty / Contract Debit turnover, ₸ Credit turnover, ₸
LLP "Astra" 3,480,000 2,320,000
— Contract No. 1 (goods) 2,320,000 2,320,000
— Contract No. 2 (services) 1,160,000 0
Total 3,480,000 2,320,000

Conclusion from the report. The debit turnover of 3,480,000 ₸ is exactly the amount from Astra's act (it accounted for all shipments with VAT). Your balance of 1,160,000 ₸ arose because the shipment under Contract No. 1 (2,320,000) has already been closed by payment (2,320,000), while the services under Contract No. 2 for 1,160,000 ₸ have not yet been paid by Astra. There is no discrepancy — the counterparty simply showed the turnover, not the balance. The report broke everything down by contracts and resolved the issue in a minute.

5. Variants and modes of the report

The report does not have "types of operations" (it is not a document). But there are output modes that effectively change its purpose:

  • Turnovers between two subaccounts of the same type — for example, "Counterparties × Counterparties" (cross operations between counterparties).
  • Turnovers between subaccounts of different types — "Counterparties × Contracts", "Counterparties × Inventory", "Inventory × Warehouses", etc.
  • With detail by accounts — when a pair of subaccounts meets on several accounts, you can break down the amounts by each account.
  • With NU / quantity / currency indicators — for reconciliation with tax accounting, warehouse, or currency calculations.
  • Saved variants — your settings saved through "Save report variant".

6. What is formed when generating

The report does not create entries, does not generate ESF, does not create movements in registers — it only reads them. This is a key difference from documents.

The data source for the report is the accounting register "Economic Calculation" (turnovers by accounts with subaccount analytics). The report takes ready-made entries that were previously created by documents ("Sales of goods and services", "Receipt", "Payment order (outgoing/incoming)", etc.) and groups them by a pair of subaccounts.

Therefore, if the report lacks an amount — you need to correct the source document (conduct it, fill in the analytics), not the report.

7. Printed forms

The report does not have separate forms (like "Invoice" or "Waybill") — the printed form is the report itself. Standard actions of the report panel are available:

  • Print (Ctrl+P) — output of the tabular document to the printer;
  • Save — in Excel formats (.xlsx / .xls), PDF, ODF (.ods), to a spreadsheet file (.mxl);
  • Email — as an attachment from 1C;
  • Header/signature settings — through "Formatting" before printing.

8. Common errors

"Mandatory field 'Period' not filled" / report is empty without a period. Set the dates "from" and "to". An empty period is interpreted differently in different releases of 1C — it is more reliable to specify it explicitly.

The report was generated empty. The most common reasons:

  1. The wrong organization is selected (or not selected, and the data is in another);
  2. A pair of subaccounts that does not exist on the selected accounts is specified (for example, "Warehouses × Contracts" on account 1210 — there are no warehouses for it);
  3. Too narrow filter by subaccount value (typo in the selection of the counterparty);
  4. Source documents not conducted — turnovers did not get into the register. Remove the filter by value and by account, expand the period, check the organization — and add conditions one by one.

"Amounts do not match the turnover balance sheet." The turnover balance sheet shows turnovers by the account as a whole, while this report shows only where both subaccounts met. If some entries do not have the second subaccount filled, those amounts will not be included in the intersection. Check the documents where the contract/inventory is not specified.

"The report is generated very slowly / hangs." Too wide a period and all subaccount values on a large database. Limit the period, set the organization, filter by account and by a specific value of subaccount 1.

"I see turnovers, but not for all contracts of the counterparty." There are no turnovers for contracts without movements for the period — this is normal. Check if the period is correct; if necessary, use the turnover balance sheet for account 1210 with grouping by contracts for control.

9. FAQ

Q: How do "Turnovers between subaccounts" differ from "Turnover balance sheet by account"? A: The turnover balance sheet by account provides the balance and turnovers by one analytical cut. "Turnovers between subaccounts" show the intersection of two types of analytics (for example, counterparty × contract × corresponding account) and do not output the balance — only turnovers.

Q: Why does the report not show the balance (remaining)? A: It is inherently a turnover report. To see the remaining debt by counterparty and contract, use the "Turnover balance sheet by account" 1210/3310 with grouping by subaccounts or "Subaccount Analysis".

Q: Can I put the same type of subaccount in both fields? A: Yes. "Counterparties × Counterparties" will show operations where two counterparties correspond directly (debt transfer, mutual offset, intermediary schemes).

Q: Does the report create entries or ESF? A: No. This is a standard report — it only reads already made entries from the "Economic Calculation" register. ESF and SNF are generated by sales/receipt documents, not by the report.

Q: How to reconcile the report with the counterparty's reconciliation act? A: Set the period of the act, your organization, subaccount 1 = Counterparties (value — this counterparty), subaccount 2 = Contracts, accounts 1210 and 3310, indicator BU. Compare debit/credit turnovers for each contract — discrepancies will become visible line by line.

Q: Why are the amounts in the report with VAT, but I need revenue without VAT? A: The amount with VAT "hangs" on account 1210 (Dr 1210 – Cr 6010 for income and Dr 1210 – Cr 3130 for VAT 16%). To see net income, build the report by account 6010, and view VAT separately by 3130.

Q: Can I see the quantity of goods, not just amounts? A: Yes, include the "Quantity" indicator in the settings. It works for accounts with quantitative accounting (for example

Частые вопросы

What is the difference between "Transactions between sub-accounts" and "Trial balance report by account"?
The trial balance report by account provides balances and transactions for one type of analytics. "Transactions between sub-accounts" show the intersection of two types of analytics (for example, counterparty × contract × corresponding account) and do not display balances — only transactions.
Why does the report not show the balance (remaining amount)?
It is inherently a transactional report. To see the remaining debt for a counterparty and contract, use the "Trial balance report by account" 1210/3310 grouped by sub-accounts or "Sub-account analysis".
Can the same type of sub-account be placed in both fields?
Yes. "Counterparties × Counterparties" will show transactions where two counterparties correspond directly (debt transfer, mutual settlement, intermediary schemes).
Does the report create entries or electronic invoices (ESF)?
No. This is a standard report — it only reads already made entries from the "Economic calculation" register. Electronic invoices (ESF) and VAT invoices are generated by sales/purchase documents, not by the report.
How to reconcile the report with the counterparty's reconciliation act?
Set the period of the act, your organization, sub-account 1 = Counterparties (value — this counterparty), sub-account 2 = Contracts, accounts 1210 and 3310, accounting indicator. Compare the transactions Dr/Cr for each contract — discrepancies will become visible line by line.
Why are the amounts in the report with VAT, but I need revenue without VAT?
Account 1210 "holds" the amount with VAT (Dr 1210 – Cr 6010 for income and Dr 1210 – Cr 3130 for VAT 16%). To see net income, build the report by account 6010, and check VAT separately by 3130.
Can I see the quantity of goods, not just amounts?
Yes, include the "Quantity" indicator in the settings. It works for accounts with quantitative accounting (for example, 1330 "Goods" in the pair "Nomenclature × Warehouses").
How to save the setting so I don't have to recreate the report every month?
After setting it up, click "Save report variant", assign a name. Next time, select it from the list of variants and only change the period.
