Document "Item Price Setting" — technical description (Accounting for Kazakhstan 3.0.74.2)

1. Identification

Purpose. The document is intended for bulk setting or changing of selling (sales) prices for goods and services. It is used by pricing specialists, procurement managers, and executives to register new price lists, update prices after goods are received, and conduct scheduled price reviews. It can be entered manually or automatically based on the "Receipt of goods and services" document (for example, to calculate retail prices from purchase prices with a markup). After posting, the document records the prices in the periodic information register ЦеныНоменклатуры, from which they are automatically selected in sales documents, when generating price lists, and when calculating trade markup.

Important. This is a price-setting document. It does not generate accounting entries and does not affect the accounting register — all movements are performed only in the information register (see section 5). The RK charts of accounts (1210, 1330, 6010, etc.) relate to the associated sales/receipt documents where the set prices are applied.

If a required attribute (Организация, ТипЦен, Номенклатура, Валюта) is not filled in, the platform does not post the document and issues the error "Field … is not filled in".

• Iterates over the rows of the Goods tabular section.
• If the flag НеПроводитьНулевыеЗначения = Истина is set and Цена = 0, the row is skipped (no record is created).
• For the remaining rows, it creates a record in the ЦеныНоменклатуры information register with the dimensions Период (= document date), Номенклатура (from the row), ТипЦен (from the header), Организация (from the header), Подразделение (from the header, if filled in) and the resources Цена and Валюта (from the row).

Standard handlers (typical for documents of this kind)

5. Posting and movements

When posted, the document generates movements only in the information register:

Information register ЦеныНоменклатуры (periodic, period maintained by document date; recording mode — "Recorder").

The purpose of the register is to store the price history for each combination of item, price type, and organization. When posting sales/shipment documents, the price is selected using a slice of the latest values as of the transaction date.

The document does not create accounting entries. The prices it sets are used in the associated documents that generate movements on the accounts of the RK standard chart of accounts, for example:

• on sale — Dr 1210 Cr 6010 (revenue), Dr 3130 (VAT payable at the 16% rate for 2026 transactions), Dr 7010 Cr 1330 (write-off of the cost of goods);
• on receipt — Dr 1330 Cr 3310, input VAT at the 16% rate.

All amounts in the system are accounted for in tenge (₸). Supporting electronic documents (ESF via the ESF IS, SNT) are issued at the sale/receipt stage, not when setting prices.

Requires verification for a specific build: the presence of the НеПроводитьНулевыеЗначения flag in the form and the exact set of dimensions (presence of Подразделение, Характеристика, ЕдиницаИзмерения) — depends on the enabled functional options of the configuration.
