Regulated Report Form 4INV — Form No. Inv-4 (Accounting for Kazakhstan 3.0.74.2)

The report is used by accountants and chief accountants periodically — according to the schedule of inventories or at the request of regulatory authorities. It supports the configuration of measurement units (rounding order) and the selection of the language of formation (Kazakh/Russian).

Like all regulated reports, the object is not a document: it is not processed and does not create movements in registers. Its result is a filled tabular document (print form), ready for printing/export. More details in section 5.

Table parts in the metadata of the object are absent. The report presents data through a tabular document, the structure of which is formed programmatically — from the object module and the report form module. Rows of the inventory statement (nomenclature, measurement unit, accounting and actual balances, deviations) are filled in the area of the tabular document, not in the object table part.

3. Forms

The historical name ReportForm2013Q1 is inherited from the versioning mechanism of regulated reporting forms (the form is tied to the period of validity of the blank edition). This does not affect functionality.

4. Key Module Procedures

Evidence with the original BSL code of the modules is not attached, so below is a typical set of handlers for the regulated report of this type. Specific names and signatures should be clarified according to the object/form module in the specific delivery.

Object module / general logic of formation:

• Initialize(...) / OnCreateOnServer(...) — initialization of the report structure, setting default attributes (organization, measurement unit, accuracy, language).
• Fill(...) — programmatic construction of the tabular document: reading accounting balances (from the data of accounting registers/balances of inventory assets), forming rows of the statement, calculating deviations “actual − accounting”.
• Print(...) / GeneratePrintForm(...) — output of the filled layout taking into account LanguageOfFormation, MeasurementUnit, and MeasurementUnitAccuracy.

Report form module (ReportForm2013Q1):

• OnOpen(...) / OnCreateOnServer(...) — loading saved values, preparing commands.
• Fill(Command) — calling server-side filling of the tabular document.
• UpdateReport(...) — recalculation when changing header attributes.
• Handlers for editing cells of the tabular document — manual adjustment of actual balances.
• Write(...) / Save(...) — fixing the current state of the report.

Main form (MainForm):

• Handlers for selecting organization and period, command to transition to ReportForm2013Q1.

Requires verification (version-specific): exact names of procedures and the presence of background filling through LongOperations in edition 3.0.74.2.

5. Data Formation, Movements, and Accounts

The regulated report is not processed and does not create entries and movements in registers — this is a key difference from documents. The report only reads accounting data and presents it in the print form Inv-4.

The source of accounting balances for the inventory statement is the data of accounting in the RK. When inventorying inventory assets, the following accounts from the standard chart of accounts of the RK are used:

Deviations identified by the inventory and documented separately (not by the report Inv-4, but by documents of receipt/write-off) are reflected by the entries of these documents, for example:

• surpluses: Dr 1330 Cr 6010 (income from sales/other income);
• shortages: Dr 7010 (cost) / account for reimbursement Cr 1330.

The mechanism of “input on the basis” for regulated reports is not applied: the report is opened from the list of regulated reporting and filled based on accounting data, not entered on the basis of another object.

7. Extension Points

• Configuration extension — borrowing the object/form module ReportForm2013Q1 to add &After/&Before handlers to filling and printing procedures.
• Customization of the layout — refinement of the tabular document of the print form (additional columns, localization under LanguageOfFormation).
• Change of filling algorithm — overriding the procedure for forming rows of the statement for non-standard selection of nomenclature/balances.
• Additional attributes — through the mechanism of additional attributes/information of the organization (if necessary to expand the context of selection).

When making modifications, maintain compatibility with the versioning mechanism of regulated reporting forms — do not rename ReportForm2013Q1 without adjusting the logic of form selection by period.
