# Reference "Service Support Identifiers" in 1C:Accounting for Kazakhstan 3.0 — what it is and how to work with it

Checked on release 3.0.74.2 "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (version 3.0).

Morning, end of the quarter. You click "Send" in 1C-Reporting — and instead of a receipt, you receive a message about a limit or service unavailability. Or "1C:Counterparty" has stopped checking BIN, and "Configuration Update" says that the subscription is inactive. You call your partner, and they say: "Check the service support identifiers directory — it shows which services are connected and whether the key has dropped." This is when you first open this object. It’s not about transactions — it’s about which internet support services you are entitled to use and why one of them suddenly dropped out.

1. Purpose

This is a service (technical) directory. It stores identifiers of support services that are available to you through the connected 1C internet support (ITS contract / subscription): updates, 1C-Reporting, 1C:Counterparty, EDI, counterparty checks, etc. It does not create accounting entries and does not appear in reports. Its purpose is to serve as an internal "access list": which service is enabled, under which identifier the internet support mechanism recognizes it, and checks limits.

2. Where to find

The directory is service, so it is not found in regular sections (Sales, Purchases, Bank). You can open it like this:

- Through the navigation link (the fastest way). Main menu (☰ icon or "Service" on some platforms) → "File" → no; use: main menu → item "Go to navigation link" and paste:

e1cib/list/Directory.ServiceIdentifiers

Click "Go" — the list will open.

- Through support settings: section "Administration" → "Internet Support and Services" (or "User Internet Support"). From there, you manage the connection; the directory itself is already the technical part of this mechanism.

If the item is not visible, enable the display of service objects: main menu → "Functions for Technical Specialist" (mode available to users with full rights / administrator).

2a. How to find out your release

Main menu → "Help" → "About the program". In the opened window:

- Platform version (for example, 8.3.24.xxxx);

- Configuration: "Accounting for Kazakhstan", version 3.0, release version 3.0.74.2.

The instruction is oriented to release 3.0.74.2. In neighboring releases, the fields and composition match, only the wording of service messages may differ.

3. How to fill out

The main thing to understand: you almost never fill out this directory manually. Records in it are created and updated by the internet support mechanism itself when you enter the login/password for the 1C:ITS portal and connect services. Manual editing is an exception (for example, by the consultation line's instructions).

The fields of the element (the set of attributes is version-specific, this is the only place to check on your release through "All Functions"):

Field
Purpose
What will happen if touched incorrectly

Code (mandatory, service)
Unique record number. Assigned automatically.
Manual editing breaks the link of the record with the mechanism — the service will "disappear".

Name (mandatory)
Human-readable name of the service: "1C-Reporting", "Update", "1C:Counterparty".
If renamed, you will simply stop recognizing the record in the list; it does not affect the service's operation.

Service Identifier (mandatory, key)
String code by which the 1C portal recognizes the service and its limits. This is the service's "passport".
Changing or clearing = the service becomes unavailable, limit/authentication errors appear. Do not touch.

Activity / Availability Indicator (service)
Shows whether the service is active under the current subscription.
Automatically updated during synchronization with the portal.

Practical conclusion: if the service dropped out, do not "fix" the directory manually. Go to "Administration → Internet Support", click "Update Support Information" (reconnect the ITS login) — the records will be correctly rewritten.

4. Analyzed example

The directory itself does not form entries. But there is always a real transaction behind it — you pay for support (ITS subscription), and this amount is what the accountant records. I will show with real figures from Kazakhstan in 2026 with a VAT rate of 16%.

Situation. LLP "Bereke" extends the support contract (ITS) for a quarter. The partner issued an invoice and electronic invoice (ESF): service — 60,000 ₸, VAT 16% — 9,600 ₸, total payment — 69,600 ₸. After payment, the identifiers directory automatically "lit up" the update and 1C-Reporting services.

This record in the directory is simply a mark "service available". And you reflect the costs with the document "Receipt of Services (Act)" (section "Purchases"):

Debit
Credit
Amount, ₸
Description

7210
3310
60,000
Support services (administrative expenses)

1420
3310
9,600
VAT to be credited for the acquired service

Total

69,600
Debt to the partner

Payment from the current account (document "Withdrawal from Current Account"):

Debit
Credit
Amount, ₸
Description

3310
1030
69,600
Paid for support

VAT amounting to 9,600 ₸ will be credited based on the data from the electronic invoice (ESF) (if the crediting conditions are met), reducing the VAT payable (account 3130). The expense of 60,000 ₸ will reduce taxable income for corporate income tax (CIT).

Connection with the directory: after the electronic invoice (ESF) is processed and the subscription is activated on the portal, during the next synchronization, the corresponding services in "ServiceIdentifiers" receive the "available" indicator. That is, the figures above are about money, while the directory is about the fact that "the service is enabled".

5. Types of operations

The directory does not have types of operations — it is not a document. There are only element records, each corresponding to one support service (updates, reporting, counterparty checks, EDI, etc.). Some elements may be predefined (created by the configuration and cannot be deleted). The user does not typically perform operations on the directory, except for viewing.

6. What is formed during operation

Since this is a directory of internet support:

- No entries. Accounting movements are made by related documents of receipt/payment (see example).

- No electronic documents (ESF, SNT). The electronic invoice (ESF) for the support service is issued by your partner in the ESF system, and you upload it — but this directory has no relation to that.

- Movements in registers — only service ones, within the internet support subsystem (information about connected services and subscription limits). They ensure the operation of availability checks, do not appear in standard reports and turnovers.

7. Print forms

The directory has no print forms. You cannot print a "service card", and that is normal — it is a technical object. If you need a document about connections/limits, it is viewed on the 1C:ITS portal in the personal account, not in this directory.

8. Common errors

"Service usage limit exceeded" (when sending a report or checking a counterparty). The subscription is exhausted or the service is not activated. → "Administration → Internet Support" → "Update Support Information". If it didn’t help — extend the ITS subscription; after payment, the directory records will be updated.

"Failed to perform operation with internet support... invalid login or password". The portal authorization has dropped. → Re-enter the ITS login/password in the internet support settings. Manual editing of identifiers in the directory is unnecessary and harmful.

"Service unavailable. Contact your partner". The service is not included in your subscription or is disabled. → Clarify the composition of the support contract with the servicing partner.

You deleted/renamed a directory element manually, and the service stopped working. → Do not restore manually. Perform the update of support information — a correct record will be created anew.

"Configuration update unavailable: subscription for updates is inactive". → Check the activity of the update service; extend the ITS. The directory reflects the status but does not manage it.

9. FAQ

See the questions and answers below — they are presented in a separate FAQ block.

10. Related objects

- Internet support settings ("Administration → Internet Support and Services") — the "parent" of the directory: this is where the ITS login is connected and records are filled.

- 1C-Reporting, 1C:Counterparty, EDI, Configuration Update — services whose availability is reflected in the records of the directory.

- "Receipt of Services (Act)" — the document you use to record costs for support (see example); entered based on the partner's invoice.

- "Withdrawal from Current Account" — payment for the ITS subscription.

- Loading ESF from the ESF system — the incoming ESF for the support service is accepted for VAT credit.

How to find out your release

Main menu → "Help" → "About the program": it indicates the platform version and configuration release. This manual has been checked on release 3.0.74.2 "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (version 3.0). In other releases, the composition of the directory attributes may differ slightly.

Prepared for 1C:Accounting for Kazakhstan, release 3.0.74.2 (version 3.0).
