Purpose. The report generates a regulated journal of accounting for all cash transactions of the organization for the specified period in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is used by accountants and cashiers to control the movement of cash, audit cash transactions, and provide documents to regulatory authorities. It is generated as needed — usually at the end of the month, quarter, or at the request of auditors. It is a mandatory register of primary accounting of cash documents according to the regulatory requirements of the RK.

Where to find in 1C: section “Standard reports” → “Journal of registration of incoming and outgoing cash documents”. Direct navigation link: e1cib/list/Report.JournalOfRegistrationOfIncomingAndOutgoingCashDocuments.

2. Attributes and table parts

2.1 Header attributes (reporting parameters)

Name
Type
Mandatory
Purpose

StartPeriod
xs:dateTime
Not checked
Date of the start of the report generation period; determines from which date to include cash documents in the journal

EndPeriod
xs:dateTime
Not checked
Date of the end of the period; determines until which date to include cash documents

RepresentationOfListOfOrganizations
xs:string
Not checked
Text representation of selected organizations for display in the interface; used for filtering data by organizations

GroupByDays
xs:boolean
Not checked
Flag for grouping records by days; when set, documents are grouped by dates with intermediate totals

2.2 Table parts

Table parts are absent. The report operates based on the header attributes, which are the reporting parameters, and the result is output as a tabular document.

2.3 Selection attributes (explanation)

The report does not store data — the header attributes define the selection. The selection logic builds the journal based on the aggregate of processed cash documents of the organization:

- Incoming cash orders (Document.IncomingCashOrder);

- Outgoing cash orders (Document.OutgoingCashOrder).

The selection is performed over the interval StartPeriod … EndPeriod and by the list of organizations.

3. Forms

Form
Role
Content

ReportForm
Main form for the user
Input fields for parameters (period, organizations, grouping flag), controls for generating and configuring the report, area for outputting the tabular document with results

A separate settings/variant form in this report is not required — all essential settings are included in the header attributes of ReportForm.

4. Key procedures of modules

The finished BSL code in evidence is not attached, so below are typical handlers for a report of this type in BK 3.0. Specific method names are version-specific and require verification according to the form module of the specific release 3.0.74.2.

Form module (ReportForm):

- OnReportGeneration / command Generate — reads the values of the header attributes, generates a query for cash documents for the period, and outputs the result in a tabular document. Typically calls a server procedure for building the layout.

- OnCreationOnServer — sets default period values (e.g., current month), initializes the list of organizations based on the user's main organization.

- Handlers for changing period fields (StartPeriodOnChange, EndPeriodOnChange) — control the correctness of the interval (start ≤ end).

Report object module:

- Server procedure for generation (type GenerateReport / OutputResult) — performs a query to the data of incoming and outgoing cash orders, groups rows by date when GroupByDays = True, outputs intermediate totals for income and expense amounts and the overall total for the period. Fills in the columns of the journal: serial number, document number and date, document type (incoming/outgoing), corresponding account, operation content, amount.

Exact names and signatures should be verified directly in the configurator: Report.JournalOfRegistrationOfIncomingAndOutgoingCashDocuments → “Forms”/“Object module”.

5. Data sources (posting and movements)

The report does not post and does not generate movements in the registers — it is a read-only object. It builds the journal based on already formed movements and attributes of cash documents. Below is the standard logic of primary documents from which the journal is compiled (typical chart of accounts of the RK):

Incoming cash order (receipt of cash into the cash register):

Dr
Cr
Content

1010 (Cash in the cash register)
1210 (Short-term receivables from customers)
Payment from the customer in cash

1010
1030 (Money in current bank accounts)
Receipt of cash from the settlement account

1010
6010 (Revenue from sales) — with VAT allocated to 3130 (VAT payable)
Retail revenue

Outgoing cash order (cash withdrawal from the cash register):

Dr
Cr
Content

3310 (Payables to suppliers)
1010
Payment to the supplier in cash

1030
1010
Deposit of cash into the current account

3350 / 3540 etc.
1010
Cash advances, other payments

The register from which the amounts of cash movements are read is the accounting register (cost accounting) and/or a specialized register of cash operations of the configuration; the report selects records by cash account 1010 for the period. When retail sales are made through the cash register, VAT is reflected at the rate effective in 2026 of 16 % through account 3130 (VAT payable); the cost of goods sold is Dr 7010 Cr 1330.

Cash transactions and limits for cash in the RK are regulated by the norms of the Tax Code and subordinate acts; the maximum amounts of cash transactions between legal entities are version-specific and require verification according to the current edition of the legislation.

6. Related objects and input based on

The report, as a read-only object, does not participate in “Input based on” and is not itself input based on other objects. Related objects are the data sources of the journal:

- Documents: IncomingCashOrder, OutgoingCashOrder (main sources of lines).

- Directories: Organizations (selection by the list of organizations), Counterparties, Individuals, CashFlowArticles, Cashes.

- Related cash reports: “Cash book”, “Account analysis” / “Turnover balance sheet” for account 1010.

- Electronic documents: the cash orders themselves are not directly related to ESF/SNT (ESF is generated through the ESF IS and SNT for sales/movement), but when retail revenue is made through the cash register, the issuance of ESF may be initiated by related sales documents.

7. Extension points

- Configuration extension: adding attributes to the form (e.g., selection by a specific cash register, cash flow article, or range of amounts) and borrowing ReportForm with modifications to the generation handlers.

- Form module: overriding/adding the server generation procedure through &Instead/&After to change groupings, add columns, or additional totals.

- Tabular document layout: refining the output layout (header of the journal, organization attributes, signatures of responsible persons) to meet the requirements of a specific audit.

- Additional BSP processing: connecting the print form/export of the journal through the mechanism of additional reports and processing without removing the configuration from support.

- Rights and visibility: configuring roles for access to the report, including the command in the interface of the “Standard reports” section through the extension of the command interface.
