1. Purpose

The report collects all electronic signature certificates available in the information database (by organizations and responsible persons) and displays their expiration dates. It highlights those that have already expired or will expire soon, so you can renew the key before the exchange of electronic documents stops.

2. Where to find

Path in the interface:

- Administration (or Settings → Exchange of electronic documents) → electronic signature block → Renewal of electronic signatures.

If empty — it will show keys for all employees; for personal checks, specify yourself.

The mandatory minimum is date (automatically filled) and clicking Generate. Everything else is filters for your task.

4. Detailed example

Situation. LLP "Astana-Trade," VAT payer. On September 6, 2026, the accountant could not send the ESF. Opens the report as of 09.06.2026, warning period — 30 days.

The conclusion is immediate: the ESF cannot be sent because the director's signature has already expired (−4 days). It needs to be renewed at the NUC of the RK immediately; the accountant's signature — within two weeks. NUC of the RK certificates are issued for free, so there are no entries here.

5. Report operation modes

The equivalent of "types of operations" for the document is the output options. The report can:

- Full list — all certificates in the database with expiration dates.

- Only expiring/expired — a short working list of what is urgent.

- Selection by organization / owner — for multi-company and multi-user databases.

- Control of subscription limits (in cloud assemblies of 1C) — shows whether you are within the allowed number of active signatures/users of the service.

6. What is generated upon generation

- No entries. The report does not make movements in accounts and accounting registers.

- Electronic documents (ESF, SNTS) — are not created. The report does not send or sign documents; it only warns that without a valid signature, sending ESF/SNTS and submitting tax return forms will stop.

- Result — a tabular document on the screen: a list of certificates, expiration dates, statuses, and if necessary — owner and organization data. This tabular document can be saved or printed.

7. Printed forms

The report does not have a separate form — the printed form is the generated tabular document itself. Through the standard buttons above it, you can:

- Print — output the list to the printer;

- Save — export to Excel/PDF (for example, to send a reminder to the director about renewing the electronic signature);

- Email — if the email account is configured.

8. Common errors

"The certificate has expired." Appears when trying to sign ESF/SNTS or the report. How to fix: generate this report, find the line with the status "Expired," renew the key at the NUC of the RK (egov / eGov mobile app), then add the new certificate in 1C (Administration → Exchange of electronic documents → Electronic signature settings).

"The private key of the certificate was not found." The certificate is in the database, but the key itself is not on the computer/token (changed PC, reinstalled the system). Reinstall the key from the storage/token and reconnect it to the certificate in the electronic signature settings.

"The certificate did not pass verification. It may have been revoked or is invalid." Check the relevance of the root certificates of the NUC of the RK and the installed cryptographic provider (NCALayer / KAZTOKEN). A revoked certificate is renewed.

"The limit of signatures (subscriptions) has been exceeded." In the cloud assembly, the database does not allow adding a new key. Remove unused/expired signatures from the settings or upgrade the service plan. The report in limit control mode will show how many signatures are active.

The report is empty. Either the filter "only expiring" is unchecked and all keys are valid, or there are no certificates registered in the database at all — then first add the electronic signature in the exchange settings.

9. FAQ

Does this report create entries?
No. This is a service report. It does not generate accounting records and does not move registers — it only shows the expiration dates of signatures.

Does the report send ESF or SNTS?
No. Sending and signing ESF/SNTS is done from the documents themselves and the ESF IS cabinet. The report only warns that without a valid signature, sending will stop.

How long is the NUC of the RK electronic signature valid?
Typically, 1 year for standard keys of individuals and up to 3 years for certain types. Always check the exact date in this report in the "Valid until" column.

How much does it cost to renew a signature?
