Common errors "Field 'Warehouse' is not filled in" — no warehouse selected. Specify the warehouse in the processing header. "Address storage usage is not set for the warehouse" (or "The warehouse is not an order warehouse") — you are running generation for a regular warehouse. Open the warehouse card → enable the Order warehouse type and the Use address storage by cells flag, save, repeat generation. "Item with code '01-01-1-01' already exists" — you are regenerating the topology on top of one already created. Either select "Add to existing" mode and change the rack range, or first mark the old cells for deletion. Too many / too few cells created — multipliers mixed up (sections ↔ tiers ↔ positions). Check the arithmetic: total = racks × sections × tiers × positions. Mark excess cells for deletion, generate missing ones in "Add to existing" mode. "Barcode already assigned to another cell" — a conflict when regenerating barcodes. Clear the barcode creation flag when regenerating existing cells, or clean up duplicates in the barcode register. 9. FAQ Q: Does the processing create accounting postings? A: No. This is a service generation of items in the "Warehouse cells" reference book. It does not affect accounting accounts (1330, 1030, etc.) or VAT. Q: Is an ESF or SNT issued during topology generation? A: No. ESF and SNT are generated when goods are sold and transferred, while creating cells is warehouse setup, not a movement of goods.
