Step-by-step instructions for registration:
1 log in to the eGov Mobile application;
2 fill out the application and sign it using an electronic digital signature (EDS);
3 make a video call to the notary from the application to confirm your identity;
4 pay for the notary service at the established rate;
5 receive the digital power of attorney in the "Digital Documents" section.
After the session is completed, the finished digital document will appear in the "Digital Documents" section in eGov Mobile. The document has the same legal force as a paper one.
What you need to have on hand:
- A smartphone with the eGov Mobile application and a camera for video calls.

- A valid Individual Identification Number (IIN) and EDS (or biometric verification completed).

- Access to a good internet connection.

 
 Complex transactions, such as the sale and purchase of real estate, still require personal presence at the notary's office.
